2007 Premium Licensed
German Hanoverian Stallion
Providence was licensed and awarded a premium grading
at the 2007 Hanoverian Stallion Licensing. Standing 16.2 as a 2.
1/2 yr old we feel he will finish close to 17H. This chestnut colt
has 3 very good gaits, excellent type, super jumping and class 1
x rays. Providence will be prepared for his 70 day testing to start
in June 2008 and will stand at stud at Hengst Station Jens Meyer
in Germany. Providence will stay in Germany to hopefully go on to
the German Young Horse Jumping Championships as a 5 yr old. Warmblood
breeders now have an opportunity to breed some world class jumper
blood we feel will mix very well with both Jumper and Dressage mares.
Providence descends from the very best classic warmblood
jumping bloodlines of Pilot, Alme, Ramiro and Wendekreis.
Provider, his sire was born in 1998 and is an elegant
17H " gray Hanoverian stallion who was Reserve Champion of
the 2001 Stallion Performance Test in Adelheidsdorf against 49 horses.
Provider completed each section with high marks and an overall score
of 132.48, He was given a score of 123.77 in the dressage index
showing very strong movement and ridability and a score of 130.86
in Jumping.
On the dam side is the mare Ravalla who comes from
an interesting family via the mother line. Wendy is in the Hanoverian
Jumper Program due to the success of her offspring. She has produced
two very successful horses at S-level jumping on the European circuit,
among them is the full sister to Ravalla. Other horses from this
mother line have also been successful in both jumping and dressage
up to S-level and have produced many Hanoverian auction horses.
Rabino sire on his dam side is also from the very
best jumping bloodlines, Ramiro, Cor de la Bryere and Ladykiller
xx. In addition to his exceptional jumping talent, Rabino has flowing,
rhythmical movements. He won the jumping section of the 1993 Stallion
Performance Test, coming in third overall. His offspring have excellent
conformation, very good rideability, as well as versatile athletic
abilities.
Frozen semen will be available for Canadian via South
Lane Farm and Yancy Farms in the USA. It is our understanding that
any North American registry that accept European registries at an
equal value that the offspring will be accepted. Please contact
your association to confirm. All other international inquires should
be directed to Hengst
Station Jens Meyer in Germany.
