W Faustino is a beautiful 16.2 hand, 2003 Dutch Warmblood gelding
with lots of potential and charm. Capable of both dressage and jumping
although he seems to enjoy the jumping more Faustino is a super
all round horse with a fantastic temperament. Sired from the 2 most
influential stallions ever to stand at stud in Holland
Flemmingh his sire is the number one producer of dressage horses
in the Netherlands. He leads the Dutch Warmblood studbook's dressage
list with an incredible score of 164, His offspring are beautiful,
big, long-lined horses with three perfect gaits. This is proven
by the great number of Ster and Keur mares, champion foals and dressage
performance horses along with many selection champions he has produced
including: Kwebbel, Reserve Champion UTV and the highest IBOP of
the Netherlands with 90 points; Likina Field, Reserve Champion UTV;
Kevanie, UTV Reserve Champion; Rilena, Reserve Champion of Holland
and Champion of Europe; Sarina, Champion of Friesland; Silvita,
Reserve Champion of Friesland; Sivemmie, Champion of Groningen;
and Sigranta, Champion of Overijssel, Total highest IBOP of NAWPN
2005 and #1 in the DG Bar Cup for 5-years old horses, and one of
the best 4 year old Dutch dressage horses in USA 2005.
Krack C, Santino and Lingh are some of the most famous Flemmingh
sons.
On the dam side of W Faustino we find the world renowned bay stallion
Nimmerdor. The legendary bay stallion was sired by the illustrious
'keur' stallion Farn, Nimmerdor's enormous influence on breeding
is not only felt in the Netherlands, but also in various countries
abroad and his reputation is still growing. This can not be a surprise,
considering that he has sired more than thirty approved stallions
all over the world. When Nimmerdor was withdrawn from the sport,
his children were already continuing the great family tradition.
Optiebeurs Aldato, Zadok and Ahorn were remarkable international
jumpers, but also San Patrigano Avenir, Den Haag, Canadian Colors
are famous Nimmerdor children. His son Zapatero is heading for the
highest dressage levels. Not to forget Amethist, a Nimmerdor approved
son who sired Pan Am team gold medallist Donna Richardson's Jazzman.
His daughters always finish well in front at conformation categories,
frequently claiming championships, such as Confidence, Zancara,
Barones, Golinda and Dehlia. His progeny have excellent breeding
results.
