Carrera starts her dressage career with an 84% at Ottawa's CDI
show and will now move over to the jumper ring with Jonathan Miller
An outstanding mare with 3 exceptional gaits. Carrera has turned
out to be a top young prospect. Tall and elegant 17.1H this young
mare will be entered into the 5 yr old jumper classes. We took the
opportunity to breed Carrera and she produced the Champion filly
foal Danica.
Carrera is by the stallion Compliment
(Calypso II). Calypso II is one of the most important sires
of Germany. Compliment completed his performance test with above
average scores in all parts of the index. In 1995 he qualified for
the German National Riding Horse Championship and has produced championship
competitors, show winners and foals for the Verden Elite Auctions.
Compliment displays positive heredity with regards to type and
gaits. His progeny display nimble motions with an uphill tendency
and are of the very best type. He has presented championship winners
and show champions, and foals for the Verden elite auctions. His
progeny are showing excellent rideability and remarkable jumping
ability. The year 2000 also brought headlines about Compliment with
his son Checkpoint Charly being placed as a finalist at the federal
riding horse championships and his son Cockpit being sold for 210,000
DM at the Verden elite auction.
The dame of Carrera is Fatima, a states premium mare by Falkland
(Wanderer). Fatima is an approved mare for the Hanoverian show jumping
program, with scores of 8 & 10 in her jumping scores. Falkland
stands at the state stud in Celle, he has energetic, rhythmical
paces, and excellent rideability, particularly with regards to his
jumping, a combination of both tremendous ability and a faultless
manner.
