Penny lane Video
A beautiful Chestnut filly, truly what we were expecting
with this breeding "Penny Lane", was born at 7:30 pm April
30th "a very reasonable hour, love those foals".Genji
has taken to being a mom without any problems and little Penny was
up and drinking within a half hour. Penny
lane's first video at 3 weeks old
Just like her mom Penny Lane will certainly stand
out in a crowd with her big blaze and 3 white socks. She has a beautiful
head and neck and seems to be very correct in all 4 legs, just like
her Dad. See the foal pic of Genji to see the resemblance.
Genji means "gold" in Chinese, and it just seems to fit.
This filly is the full sister to our lovely mare Grace who was the
champion 4 year old jumper and sold to the Canadian Olympic rider
Eric Lamaze and is now being shown in the Grand Prix ring by Lisa
Jacquin in the US.
Ginsberg was vice champion of the 1996 Verden approvals. He substantiated
his high rating due to his excellent jumping ability. His sire,
Graf Grannus, made a big impression as a sire right from the start,
presenting 4 approved sons from his first crop of foals.
The dam of Genji is Miss Ellie, by Maurice (Matcho AA). Maurice
was the winner of his stallion performance testing. His character,
rideability, and gaits are all excellent.
Providence was licensed and awarded a premium grading at the 2007
Hanoverian Stallion Licensing. Standing now at 16.3H. this chestnut
colt has 3 very good gaits, excellent type, super jumping and class
1 x rays. Providence completed his 70 day testing in August 2008,
with 8 in the jumping portion of his testing.
Providence descends from the very best classic warmblood
jumping bloodlines of Pilot, Alme, Ramiro and Wendekreis.
