Better known as Flo, this beautiful filly really likes to strut
her stuff. Very nice modern type from very good bloodlines, correct
conformation and lots of supension in her gaits gives this filly
a very nice impression when you watch her going. She seems to take
after her grandfather Chasseur, with her looks and type. Cinderella,
Flo's mom is in the Hanoverian Jumper Program. There will not be
a lot, if any of For Edition foals available in North America and
this filly would make a good start or addition to a breeding program.
For Edition won the 2003 Stallion Performance Test with excellent
scores in both dressage (132.83 - 3rd) and jumping (134.16 - 2nd);
with almost every score 8 or above. Joachim Winter, leader of the
Stallion Testing Station said about him, " He always wants
to be correct." His sire Forsyth is a son of the great Olympic
champion For Pleasure and is currently competing at grand prix jumping
in Germany. This handsome bay 16H 1" bay stallion is the embodiment
of great performance, which will be passed to his foals.
Chasseur finished his performance test with an overall score of
121.60 finishing 7th out of 40 young colts with a dressage score
of 114.86 and a jumping score of 130.71
The crossing of Chasseur with Argentan mares is very popular and
successful with the German Jumpers Breeders. We have also had sucess
with this breeding in our barn with Charlie Brown who was one of
our most sucessful jumper horses and who has recently been sold.
